The North Carolina Arboretum and Explore Asheville proudly present the North American debut of Trolls: A Field Study, featuring 12 larger-than-life sculptures by Danish artist Thomas Dambo. From Nov 15, 2025 through Feb 17, 2026. These curious creatures will roam the gardens and trails to learn about humans. Six trolls will also appear during Winter Lights (Nov 15-Jan 4). Crafted from reclaimed wood, each troll brings a unique personality and fresh perspective to Asheville's natural wonder.
